Your tasks Administration and further development of the system landscape in the office and production environment Support for the company network Installation and administration of Windows-based servers, PCs, printers, telephone systems and mobile devices via software distribution tools Error analysis and troubleshooting (1st and 2nd level support) Support in the implementation of technical projects in the IT environment Support, training and instruction of users in software and hardware Maintenance of system and operating documentation Inventory of hardware and software Your profile Completed training as an IT specialist or similar IT qualification Independent, structured way of working, personal responsibility, ability to work in a team and service orientation Sound knowedge of Windows operating systems 2012-2019, Windows 10, MS SQL (client, server, AD, server services), Oracle and virtualization (VMWare) as well as data backup via Veeam Knowledge and experience in the field of networks incl.
